Terms of use

In effect from 5 August 2026

What this document is

These are the terms of use for the EazyMeet service at eazymeet.net. By signing up you agree to them.

What the service is

EazyMeet gives you a permanent link to a video call in the browser. You send it to the other person, they open it and they are talking to you. They have nothing to install and no account to create.

Your account

Signing up needs only an email address. There is no password: you sign in by entering the same address. This means that anyone who knows your email address and enters it on this site will reach your link. The call link is not a secret in itself either: anyone who has it can join.

Use an address that is genuinely yours. Do not sign up with someone else's address.

How you may and may not use it

Breaking these rules is grounds for closing your access.

Recording a call

You start the recording yourself and the file is saved to your computer. The service does not keep recordings and has no access to them. How you use a recording is your responsibility.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance windows and failures at network providers are possible. Call quality depends on your internet connection and your browser.

We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages caused by an interruption of the service.

Changes and termination

We may change what the service does and change these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new date. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hi@eazymeet.net.
