About this document

This page briefly explains what personal data the EazyMeet video call service (eazymeet.net) processes, why, on what legal basis and for how long. The full terms are set out in the operator's Personal Data Processing Policy (in Russian; section 4, purpose 11). Where this summary and the Policy differ, the Policy prevails.

Who processes your data

The personal data operator is Pavel Evgenievich Shiriaev, individual entrepreneur (ИП Ширяев Павел Евгеньевич), INN 422372839869, OGRNIP 317420500026815, address: 630501, Russia, Novosibirsk Region, Novosibirsky District, Krasnoobsk, bldg. 3, apt. 62. What data is processed

Calls and recordings

Picture and sound reach the participants in real time through the operator's media server and are not recorded. If you start a recording yourself, the file is saved only on your computer and never reaches the server.

The room name, the host's name and the participants' names are visible to everyone else in that call. The service does not ask for your phone number or payment details.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to provide EazyMeet video calls: your account, a permanent link to your room, the calls themselves and a service email with your room link.

Legal bases: performance of the agreement on the use of the service (the terms of use) to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(5) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”), and your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(1) of the same law), which you give with a separate tick when signing up: consent text (in Russian).

Age

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Where the data is stored

The service's databases are hosted on servers in Russia (hosting provider Timeweb). The personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, organised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved in databases located in Russia (Article 18(5) of the Personal Data Law).

Who receives the data

Your data is not sold, not passed to advertisers and not used for profiling. It goes only to:

Sending emails through Brevo is a cross-border transfer of personal data to France, a country that ensures adequate protection of the rights of data subjects. Only what is needed to send the email is transferred. The operator also discloses data to public authorities where the law requires it.

How long the data is kept

For as long as your account exists. Server logs are kept within their rotation periods and then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The service uses two cookies: the functional session cookie em_s, which lets your account recognise you without asking for your email again, and em_lang, which remembers the language you chose. Both are needed for the service to work. EazyMeet uses no analytics services (such as Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics), no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can find out what personal data about you is processed and how, have it corrected, blocked or destroyed, withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and ask for your account to be deleted together with your permanent link. To do so, write to phn999@ya.ru or hi@eazymeet.net from the address you signed up with. You will receive a reply within 10 working days of your request being received.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority, or go to court.

Changes

If this summary changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. The current version of the operator's Policy is always available at pavelshiriaev.ru/politika/.
