Who processes your data

The EazyMeet service at eazymeet.net. You can reach us at hi@eazymeet.net.

What we collect

• Your email address. You enter it yourself when signing up. We need it to recognise you next time and to keep your permanent link attached to you.
• A record of your consent. The date, the time and the IP address the tick came from. This is proof that consent was given.
• A technical record of the visit. Your IP address and browser type are kept in server logs. They are needed to run the service and to protect it from abuse.
• A session file. Your browser stores a string that lets the service recognise you without asking for your email every time.

What we do not collect

We do not record your calls and we do not store video or audio. Picture and sound travel through our media server straight to the participants and are not saved anywhere. If you start a recording, the file is written directly to your computer and never reaches the server.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or payment details, and we use no third-party trackers or advertising pixels.

Why we do it

To provide the service you asked for: to give you a permanent link and let you into your account. The legal basis is performance of our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your data is not sold, not passed to advertisers and not used for profiling. It is stored on a rented server that only the owner of the service can access.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account and link deleted. Write to hi@eazymeet.net and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Cookies

One functional file is used and it holds your session. Without it the account area cannot work. The service sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
